• How does we (WANTED) get our sneakers? We have many contacts that can provide us with the best verified authentic sneakers of the market, for amazing prices. When we have an order, we notify them, and they will ship you the pair in the shortest delays.

• Why is there a requesting fee? This requesting fee can vary according to the pair's price. The more a pair is, the more the request fee is. The point of the request fee is to work like an insurance, to make sure a customer will stick to his choice after requesting a pair. This prevents us from receiving tones of unserious requests that we (WANTED) will order, and that the unserious customer will then cancel. No worries though, whatever the requesting fee is, it will be deducted off the pair's price in the end, this money isn't lost!

• How do I know a sneakers' price? At the top of a sneakers' size list, an approximate price will be indicated. This pricing range can be wider or narrower depending on the volatility of that pair's price. You will be able to trust those boundaries and we can ensure you that the final price will be included in those previously set boundaries. This approximate pricing is useful as it gives you a rough price idea, whichever the size you will be choosing. The final price you will have to pay will be depending to the size you purchase.

• What happens after requesting a pair? After requesting a pair, filling in your personal informations, and paying for the request fees, we will find the pair, and contact you in the following 24-48H by e-mail, to notify you, and inform you of the pair's price (which will be in accordance to the approximate price of this pair shown on our website - exact price will vary according to your size). Once you will have read this e-mail, you will have to click on the PayPal invoice, and pay (you can either pay with your paypal account, or as a guest and therefore use a credit card). Once you have paid, the pair will be shipped to you and you will receive it in the next 7-14 days!
