Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to all European countries and Switzerland.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Once you've placed your order, it usually takes us 48 to 72 hours for us to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for takes approximately from 7 to 14 business days.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once you have paid your invoice, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order details in the following 24h.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as updates e-mails concerning your package.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently only accept payments through Paypal, however, you can either pay with your already existing Paypal account, or if you do not have an account, select "create an account", and pay as a guest and use your credit card informations. (You are not forced to create an account when selecting "create an account", you can also just pay as a guest).
Q: Which currency will I be charged in?
A: We only support payments with Euro. If your Paypal account uses another currency, then you will be charged in Euro and Paypal will automatically apply the corresponding conversion rate from the currency you have.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way, nor opened.
- The return or exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 5 days of the return or exchange request.
To ask for a return, please contact us using the "Contact Us" tab on our website. The return process remains free, along with a complete refund of the item.
Q: What do I do if I want a pair that you don't sell?
A: If you wish to buy a pair that is not in our products gallery, please feel free to go to the "Contact Us" tab and fill in the contact form with the model of the pair and its size, and we will shortly update our product gallery, and send you an e-mail to inform you of its availability.
Q: What is the approximate price for?
A: The approximate price is here for you to have a rough idea of the price you will need to pay after your request. The price varies depending on the size you choose. In general, this indication is quite accurate, and you can trust that the price will not go over the boundaries.
